Introduction to Temperature Control of Octagonal Hammer

With the continuous development of society, we have gradually started to use octagonal hammers and have some understanding of them. However, do you know that temperature control should also be paid attention to when using octagonal hammers? Let me introduce it to you now!
There are two necessary requirements for temperature. The first is constant temperature, which means that the temperature of the octagonal hammer and calibration tool must be consistent with the temperature of the calibration site before calibration can be carried out. The second is that the temperature of the calibration site must be stable, which means that temperature changes should be strictly controlled during the calibration process. Therefore, the humidity requirement for level 00 flat plate calibration (020 ± 3) ℃ has been added, and regulations have been provided that the temperature change for level 00 and level 0 flat plate calibration should not exceed 1 ℃/h, and the relative humidity should not exceed (65 ± 5)%. The requirements for temperature and humidity are equally important for octagonal hammers and rock flat plates. It is necessary to extend the temperature balance time between the calibration tool and the octagonal hammer, and the regulations have made clear provisions to reduce the deformation of the octagonal hammer and ensure the quality of calibration.
